The mm745 is a new class of product developed and supplied by Motion Media. It is both an IP Videophone and a web browser.

This combination of features provide unrivalled opportunities to deliver new services as well as to provide an efficient and easily managed video communications network within your organisation.

With its 12 inch TFT screen and the ability to work at up to 2 Mbits/s, the mm745 offers a truly spectacular video call experience whilst the latest technology allows a good level of performance even over relatively low bandwidths or less predictable IP networks.

The mm745 uses the H.323 standard making it compatible with a wide range of room based and PC based video conferencing equipment. It can also communicate with H.320 ISDN based videophones/conferencing equipment and provide VoIP (voice over IP) via industry standard gateways.

The mm745 can be used with a MCU (multipoint conferencing unit) to allow virtually any number of people from any number of sites to take part in video meetings.

Some versions of the mm745 come with touch screens making them ideal for public friendly remote access information or help terminals. 

A wide variety of connections are provided allowing the use of external cameras, video recorders, monitors and projectors. A straightforward RJ-45 connection provides the link to your IP network or ADSL connection.
