F riday E vening C hurch Club for Youth

The Methodist and Parish Churches in Eastington have joined forces to run a youth club.

It takes place every Friday evening at the Methodist Church which is close to the centre of the village and caters for secondary school age children.

Facilities exist to play a variety of different games and to take part in a range of different activities.

The evening is split into two sessions:-

        7:00pm - 8:45pm for the younger group
        9pm - 10pm for older teenagers

Entrance costs 75p and there is a tuck shop.

During part of the evening, there is a section called God Byte during which a short Christian message or concept is put across, often supported by a game.

Groups also go on day trips and weekends away so there is much to do and much fun to be had.

For up coming special events see the News Page!

For details call Rebecca Burgin on 01453 827414

We usually join groups of other young people on the 2nd Sunday evening of each month and sometimes at other times. Please see PewsNews for details of what is happening this month.

Into music?
Can you, or do you want to, learn to play or sing?
Do you want to develop you talents?

A number of the young people have now joined the music group which plays on Sundays - why not join them? Music group practices are held before the services and on many Monday evenings. Ask Matt Gatt for details
